Hale Tenger's installation titled "We didn't go outside; we were always on the outside / We didn't go inside; we were always on the inside" takes place in the main project of the 6th Ural İndustrial Biennial titled "Thinking Hands, Touchings Each Other". Co-curated by Misal Adnan Yıldız, Çağla İlk and Assaf Kimmel, the Biennial opens its doors between October 2 and December 5, 2021.
